Day 2 - Wednesday September 4th

An excellent guided walk, taking in the history, geology, wildlife and a little about life on Iona today.  Celebrated Holy Communion in the Chapel at the Bishop's House, led by Presbyterian Minister visiting from the USA, assisted by Rev Pamela Soult.

The Augustinian nunnery was founded in the 12th century and dissolved during the reformation of Scotland in 1560.
